When you arrive
Your air conditioning will be set, and your beds will have been made including clean bath & pool towels, bath roles, and linen
Welcome hamper
Will be waiting for you to include bread, milk, orange juice, butter, preserves, tea, coffee, sugar and bottle water.
Check-in time is 3:00pm
All efforts are made to have homes ready by check-in time, but we cannot guarantee the exact time of occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances. Housekeeping and all maintenance personnel must provide services between occupancies for every home.
Housekeeping & Maintenance
All homes are cleaned prior to guest arrival and upon guest departure. If the home is not cleaned to your satisfaction when you check-in, or if something in the home is not working properly, please call our office to report the problem immediately.
Each year our rental homes are inspected for supplies and maintenance needs; however, breakdowns can and do occur.
If you are staying for more than one week, mid-stay clean and linen services are complimentary.
Non-Smoking Homes
Please respect the wishes of homeowners and incoming guests and do not smoke in homes specifying “No Smoking Allowed.”
Mail & Messages
Mail is not delivered to vacation homes. Letters, packages and faxes may be sent to you for pick up at our office. Please have the sender include your name and the Property Rental Details so that we may attempt to notify you of arrivals. Telephone Service
The Property telephone number is included on your confirmation letter. Homes are equipped with telephones for local calls only. All homes (unless otherwise advertised) have a long distance block. Options for placing long distance calls include calling cards, credit cards, pre-paid phone cards and collect calls. Any unauthorized long distance calls charged to the vacation home telephone will be billed to the responsible party
Items Left at Properties
Dubai Vacation Homes will not be responsible for any items left in a property. We will try to locate items reported as left behind and, if found, return them C.O.D., plus an AED200 charge. Items that are found but not claimed within 30 days will be donated to a local charity.
Property Capacity
The maximum capacity indicated on each property details is the established limit and must be adhered to.
In cases where the advertised occupancy is exceeded, we reserve the right to deny access or to have the premises vacated with no refund of rent.
Checkout time is 10:00 am.
10:00 am is checkout time for all homes without exception. Our checkout team will collect keys at 10:00 am from you in the property.
